We have undertaken a number of projects that demonstrate our ability to help people through complex and challenging processes. Whether this is a management and organisational review for a voluntary sector outdoor activity centre or a series of workshops about how an authority could improve its green space service, we can design inclusive processes to address complex issues.
We have also recently run workshops for an authority using the Towards an Excellent Service framework.
Our portfolio also includes business plans for new or existing buildings including a new community centre for Greets Green in West Bromwich and The Pump Rooms in Cheltenham.
