Finding the time to run projects well is never easy when there are so many other demands on your time. Also running complex restoration projects need far more than just managing contracts; they need constant communication to a wide audience and consideration of things such as monitoring and evaluation.
At CFP we have invested in training our key staff so that they are qualified project managers. That said we don’t slavishly follow overly elaborate methods, instead we tailor the system to the requirements of the organisation and project.
We have not only managed the implementation of complex restoration projects, delivering on time and in budget, but we have also used our project management skills to evaluate projects enabling organisations to improve on future stages or projects.
