The Background
Castle Vale has undergone a transformation in its physical, social and economic structure in the last 15 years. A key feature of the estates regeneration has been the active role played by residents.
The Objective
This research project explores how the extraordinary work of key resident activists can be complemented and sustained over the long term.
Just add CFP
Our experience of working with residents; our understanding of the estate and its issues; and our commitment to working with residents in a way that is appropriate and with which they are comfortable provide a unique research opportunity
The Result
The work is shaped and overseen by a resident panel and is ongoing for the first few months of the New Year.
