Greets Green Pavilion Feasibility Study
The Client
Greets Green Partnership, a New Deal for Communities partnership located in Sandwell in the West Midlands.
The Background
Although related to the potential creation of a new park in a deprived part of this Black Country borough, this commission required a critical exploration of the business case for a building which was to double as a pavilion and a home for a community enterprise organisation.
The Objective
An independent assessment was required of the proposed building in terms of a business case and an analysis of policy considerations within a wider strategic planning context.
Just add CFP
Knowledge of the patch and the nature of local authorities enabled a comprehensive analysis of the circumstances affecting the potential viability of a Greets Green Pavilion. Working with trusted associates, experience and understanding of the business planning element of the project was applied. The commitment here was for the client to receive a straight forward and no nonsense response to their questions.
Result
The project was reassessed and alternative proposals considered.
