The Background
A unique partnership between a local authority and a community trust running a £1m Heritage Lottery Fund restoration project. CFP have worked on this project for over 3 years in various roles.
The Objective
Initially CFP won the contract to produce a management and maintenance plan for the restoration project but when the project itself began to falter we were brought in to help get it back on track. We achieved this and were then asked to take on the project management role.

Our approach and commitment meant that we not only delivered the project on time and to budget but also developed a lasting relationship with both partners. In their own words.

The Result
The project was taken out of review, delivered on time and to budget and the site will be submitted for Green Flag Award in 2009.
