Jess is an experienced researcher and evaluator with strong skills in survey design, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. She has worked on projects for a range of high-profile clients including the Woodland Trust, numerous Wildlife Trusts, and various local authorities. Her work at CFP has included working with voluntary, academic, and community sectors, where she brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to every project.
With a background in ecology, Jess holds a First in Zoology from the University of Glasgow. She is also a qualified Project Manager, having attained the Association for Project Management’s PMQ in 2022. Her previous role at Derbyshire Wildlife Trust involved project management for a Green Challenge Recovery Fund project on natural flood management.
Jess has lived in England, Wales, and Scotland, and is currently based in Glasgow. Outside of work, she loves being active and outdoors whether that’s running, hiking, or playing netball. She’s also a keen traveller and recently returned from Namibia, where she explored some incredible landscapes, wildlife, and cultural history.
